The residential real estate practice includes traditional sales and leasing transactions, as well as zoning matters.  Mark H. Scoblionko is a former member of the Zoning Hearing Board of Salisbury Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.  Similarly, the commercial real estate practice includes traditional sales and leasing transactions, as well as land development matters.  For over thirty years, we served as general counsel to what was formerly the Industrial Development Corporation of Lehigh County.  This enabled us to develop contacts with most of the area’s lending institutions, exposed us to many complex real estate transactions, and caused us to become familiar with many different types of financing opportunities.
